Article description:
Sonoff 433MHz RF WiFi Bridge
Already flashed with the latest Tasmota firmware.
This RF Bridge 433 can convert most of the 433.92MHz RF remote controls into wireless WiFi devices. Such as e.g. RF-controlled switches, RF-controlled sockets, RF-controlled light bulbs, RF-controlled door openers, etc.
The Bridge also recognizes signals of 433.92MHz door magnetic sensors, 433.92MHz human body Ir-movement sensors, 433.92MHz water sensors and many other 433.92MHz sensors.
Portisch firmware
Specific firmware is available for the RF chip, which is commonly referred to as the "portical". The updating of the firmware on the RF chip can be used by new device types and new functions. In addition, the RF data will be forwarded when they are received instead of waiting until the transmitter stops. Tasmota supports the original Sonoff RF firmware and the portal firmware.

PLEASE NOTE!
The RF Bridge only supports the frequency 433.92 with a fixed code, such as PT2260, PT2262, PT2264, EV1527, etc. and only receives radio data interpreted by the EFM8BB1 processor. This limitation is lifted with the company firmware.
No rolling codes and dynamic codes are supported, such as with garage door openers. Also concerns the portatic firmware.
