Zigbee & Matter Devices for Integration with Your Home Automation Hub

Zigbee & Matter Devices for Integration with Your Home Automation Hub

Zigbee is a standalone wireless standard, just like 433 MHz, WiFi, Bluetooth, etc. Typically, a bridge or hub is required, which connects to a standard router.

Matter is an open wireless standard for smart home devices that promotes interoperability, security, and easy networking to enhance the smart home.

Zigbee, however, is more energy-efficient than Bluetooth and WiFi, with excellent range. Many devices use this protocol, and it's highly expandable, forming a network (mesh network) across all known smart home devices.

Using various bridges or hubs, you can pair and seamlessly integrate your Zigbee, Matter, and Thread devices and sensors into the smart home network. The Tasmota version of the Zigbee Bridge Pro can be easily and cloud-free integrated into most smart home applications using the MQTT protocol.

Including, but not limited to: ioBroker, openHAB, FHEM, NodeRed, Home Assistant, Domoticz, and much more.
