Shipping within Germany:
We ship throughout Germany with DHL, including deliveries to DHL Packstations and Post Offices.
Please make sure to provide your Post Number together with the number of your preferred Packstation or Post Office during checkout.
International Shipping:
International orders are shipped with DHL Warenpost Premium or DHL Parcel International to the following countries:

*Closest Droppoint (CDP) is a DHL service where your shipment is delivered to a nearby collection point. You can collect your parcel there flexibly during opening hours.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany usually takes 1–2 business days*.
Within Germany we exclusively use DHL Parcel and DHL Small Parcel with tracking. We deliberately do not offer slower shipping methods such as economy mail or other budget shipping options.
International shipping is carried out with DHL Warenpost Premium or DHL Parcel International.
For international deliveries, delivery usually takes 2–10 business days* from conclusion of the contract, or from the time of your payment instruction in case of agreed advance payment.
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
*The stated delivery times are standard transit times. Delays may occur during seasonal peaks, public holidays or periods of high order volume. In individual cases beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, strikes, official measures or delays caused by our logistics partners, delivery times may be longer.
