Delivery takes place throughout Germany with Deutsche Post, DHL Warenpost or DHL Paket.
We also deliver to packing stations and post offices.
Please be sure to include your postal number and the packing station or branch number when ordering.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

*The Closest Droppoint (CDP) is a DHL service where your shipment is delivered to a nearby pickup location. You can collect your package there at your convenience during opening hours.

Delivery times

Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) with DHL or Deutsche Post within 1-2 working days*.  

We only offer fast shipping methods, such as DHL Parcel, Deutsche Post Brief and DHL Kleinpaket with tracking. No shipment of goods or savings shipping.

For deliveries abroad, delivery takes place within 2-10 working days* from the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, from the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time depends on the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

*The stated delivery times are standard lead times. During seasonal events, public holidays, or periods of high order volume, delays may occur. In exceptional cases beyond our control (e.g. weather conditions, strikes, official measures, or delays by our logistics partners), delivery may take longer.
