The following conditions apply to all vouchers & Coupons (as part of discount and special promotions) from www.mediarath.de, unless otherwise stated.

Definition and conditions

Coupons are promotional vouchers that cannot be purchased, but are issued by mediarath as part of various promotional campaigns. These vouchers reduce the shopping cart value by a percentage (e.g. 10%) or absolute (e.g. €10) value.

Vouchers can be purchased. These vouchers reduce the shopping cart value by an absolute value (e.g. €10).

The respective conditions for redeeming vouchers / coupons are often different and are explained by mediarath directly in connection with the voucher / coupon.

Usability

• Each voucher/coupon as part of a discount and special promotion can only be used and redeemed once.
• Only one voucher/coupon can be used as part of a discount and special promotion per order.
• Only one voucher/coupon per purchase can be redeemed per customer.
• A combination with other coupons / vouchers is not possible.
• A cash payment or retroactive crediting of orders for vouchers/coupons that have already been placed is not possible.
• Vouchers / coupons can only be used on www.mediarath.de for the products offered there.
• The resale of vouchers / coupons is not permitted.
• Vouchers / coupons cannot be transferred to another customer account.
• Items that are ordered as part of a pre-order are excluded from this offer.
• Vouchers / coupons cannot be credited towards shipping costs.
• Vouchers / coupons cannot be used for books, magazines or to purchase gift vouchers.

Validity

Vouchers / coupons as part of a discount and special campaign expire in accordance with the promotional period specified and communicated in the web shop www.mediarath.de and in the newsletter and can only be redeemed within this limited time. An extension is not possible.

Minimum order value

Often, mediarath sets a minimum order value from which the voucher / coupon can be redeemed. If this is the case, mediarath will notify you of this together with the voucher / coupon.

Returning items

If one or more items are returned, the reduced purchase price will be refunded. There is no right to a refund or replacement of the voucher / coupon,
