Product Description:

openDTU / AhoyDTU DIY Kit

This DIY kit is suitable for reading the data from a Hoymiles inverter.

Communication with Hoymiles inverters is via 2.4 GHz radio frequency. It is possible to retrieve current values such as power, current, and daily energy consumption. Setting parameters such as the power limit via web interface or MQTT.

The following Hoymiles inverters are currently supported by OpenDTU with the NRF24L01+ radio module: HM-300-1T, HM-350-1T, HM-400-1T, HM-600-2T, HM-700-2T, HM-800-2T, HM-1000-4T, HM-1200-4T, HM-1500-4T

Other inverters supported by OpenDTU: Solenso SOL-H350, Solenso SOL-H400, Solenso SOL-H800, TSUN TSOL-M350*, TSUN TSOL-M800*, TSUN TSOL-M1600*, E-Star HERF-800, E-Star HERF-1600, E-Star HERF-1800

*Note on TSUN compatibility: OpenDTU compatibility most likely depends on the inverter's serial number. Current information indicates that TSUN inverters with a serial number starting with "11" are supported, while inverters with a serial number starting with "10" are not.

The optionally included OLED display boasts high image quality. At approximately 2.44 cm in size, it has a resolution of 128 x 64 pixels. This ensures that text and graphics are displayed with a high level of detail and sharpness.

With the I2C connection, you can easily integrate the display into your DIY projects. Fully compatible with Arduino, 51 series, MSP430 series, STM32/2, CSR IC, etc.

This offer includes several options to choose from:

Set + OpenDTU Firmware = ESP32 DevBoard incl. OpenDTU Firmware + NRF24L01+ + Socket + 10cm Jumper Cable

Set without Firmware = ESP32 DevBoard + NRF24L01+ + Socket + 10cm Jumper Cable

ESP32 DevBoard only = ESP32 board only

NRF24L01+ & Socket only = Radio module & Socket only Socket

NRF24L01+ only = radio module only

NRFL01 Socket only = socket only

0.96 inch OLED Display only = 0.96 inch OLED Display Blue only
