• I confirm that the components ordered are used exclusively to use the electricity generated by solar modules for energy management.

By ordering this VAT-exempt product, I confirm that the delivery is VAT-free in accordance with Section 12 Para. 3 UstG and that the requirements for the tax rate of 0% are met. If it subsequently turns out that these requirements were not met contrary to the confirmation, I agree that the underpaid sales tax will be subsequently invoiced. The missing VAT amount is then due immediately.
