Process

1. Send us your device after buying. (Please always insured and with tracking)

2. After receipt, this is checked for function and modification. (If there is a defect or a prior intervention has been carried out, the device will be returned unpleasant)

3. The device is flashed with the latest Tasmota firmware with the language of your choice, furnished and then reset.

4. Returns are sent free of charge within Germany via DHL.

5. After connecting the device, only enter your WLAN data and integrate it into your smart home.

Please note that the flash process is irreversible.

This means that the original firmware can no longer be restored. The manufacturer's guarantee is lost by flashing the Tasmota firmware. The legal warranty remains unaffected.
