The Gosund P1 has power consumption measurement. This monitors all sockets at the same time, so that you can evaluate the total power consumption of all connected devices.
The 3 sockets and the USB strip can be switched individually using buttons on the power strip, via WebGui or MQTT.
Certified surge protection and a circuit breaker are a plus to protect electronics and devices from the sudden enormous energy causing irreparable damage.
