The following requirements must be met:
- My delivery address is in Germany.
- The installation only takes place if the photovoltaic system is installed on or near my private home, apartments as well as public and other buildings that are used for activities serving the public good.
- I confirm that the installed gross output of the photovoltaic system according to the market master data register (MaStR) is or will not be more than 30 kW (peak).
- I am the operator of the photovoltaic system. The ordered goods will not be resold commercially.
- I confirm that the components ordered are used exclusively to use the electricity generated with solar modules for energy management.
- I expressly confirm that all of my information is truthful. I am aware that I bear full liability for incorrect information.
Couldn't load pickup availability
Since January 1st, 2023, photovoltaic products have been exempt from VAT due to a funding measure. This means that private individuals receive significant tax relief when purchasing solar products to promote solar energy.
The following requirements must be met:
- My delivery address is in Germany.
- The installation only takes place if the photovoltaic system is installed on or near my private home, apartments as well as public and other buildings that are used for activities serving the public good.
- I confirm that the installed gross output of the photovoltaic system according to the market master data register (MaStR) is or will not be more than 30 kW (peak).
- I am the operator of the photovoltaic system. The ordered goods will not be resold commercially.
- I confirm that the components ordered are used exclusively to use the electricity generated by solar modules for energy management.
By ordering this VAT-exempt product, I confirm that the delivery is VAT-free in accordance with Section 12 Para. 3 UstG and that the requirements for the tax rate of 0% are met. If it subsequently turns out that these requirements were not met contrary to the confirmation (e.g. through an external audit), I agree that the underpaid sales tax will be subsequently invoiced.
Please note that orders with a company address or multiple orders that exceed the maximum order Quantity of 2 pieces will be canceled and the purchase amount will be refunded.
